For years now the message is workout hard, take these supplements, and eat massive amounts of protein that aren’t necessary to achieve results. I’ve found a way to eat the things that have been taboo for good health and easily maintain a naturally comfortable slim size for years now. I have been told it won’t work and that I’ll be in the hospital over it, but it has worked! It has worked very well for me, and my once a year checkup on blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and cardio vascular system are perfect. No problems! I won’t recommend what I do for others, but I will tell you what I do, and if it helps you, then I’ll be glad to hear about it. Here over time I will reveal what I do to EASILY get slim, stay slim, and eat the foods that are supposed to be making us fat, but really may not be.

I was introduced to diet and exercise when I was 8 years old and have competed successfully in several types of sporting events like baseball, Judo, football and non competition bodybuilding. Today at 53 I have quite a few years of experience with various types programs including performance enhancing drugs and I will give you all the ins and outs of my experiences in the posts to come. Anyway, I was overweight and clumsy, on a baseball team, and was sitting on the bench not getting anytime on the field. My parents couldn’t stand to see me not playing so they consulted my P.E. coach and he gave them my first diet and workout program. After a few weeks on the program the transformation was evident and a workout junkie was born. I would spend the next 45 years experimenting with my body in different ways for different types of sports and for appearance. Over the next few weeks I will be writing about my experiences in more detail about the stages of my evolution as a health and fitness junkie.
